Yes. DrainsCo guarantees are attached to the property, not the individual. If you sell your home during the active guarantee period, the remaining coverage transfers to the new owner. Simply notify us with the new owner’s details and the original job reference.
We recommend keeping your completion certificate for your records, as it contains your job reference number, guarantee terms, and service details. However, DrainsCo maintains full digital records of all jobs, so we can verify your guarantee status even if the certificate is lost.
Our guarantee covers issues directly caused by our workmanship or the materials we supply. It does not cover new damage caused by third-party interference, subsequent structural movement, acts of nature (such as flooding or ground subsidence), or pre-existing defects that were documented and communicated prior to our work. Any exclusions will be clearly explained before work begins.
