The duration and scope vary by service type, with standard workmanship coverage on routine work, a 2-year guarantee on descaling and root cutting, and a 10-year guarantee on new installations and CIPP relining.

DrainsCo provides a 10-year guarantee on all CIPP (Cured-In-Place-Pipe) relining and patch repair work. This covers both materials and workmanship and begins on the date of service completion as documented on your job certificate.

No. If your claim falls within the terms of your guarantee, DrainsCo covers the full cost of the return visit, diagnosis, and any remedial work. There is no call-out fee, labour charge, or parts cost for valid guarantee claims.

Yes. DrainsCo guarantees are attached to the property, not the individual. If you sell your home during the active guarantee period, the remaining coverage transfers to the new owner. Simply notify us with the new owner’s details and the original job reference.

We recommend keeping your completion certificate for your records, as it contains your job reference number, guarantee terms, and service details. However, DrainsCo maintains full digital records of all jobs, so we can verify your guarantee status even if the certificate is lost.

Our guarantee covers issues directly caused by our workmanship or the materials we supply. It does not cover new damage caused by third-party interference, subsequent structural movement, acts of nature (such as flooding or ground subsidence), or pre-existing defects that were documented and communicated prior to our work. Any exclusions will be clearly explained before work begins.
